Mission
MIMC Developments is a seed capital investor in Kenergy Ventures B.V., a Greenfield to RTB project development company based in the Netherlands with developed and connected projects in Mexico and prospecting opportunities in USA and Colombia.
Via the Kenergy Ventures subsidiary Kenergy PV B.V. it is currently developing agreements over 445Mw of projects for tier 1 investors in the sector under DSA agreements from Greenfield to RTB.
Under a Joint Venture agreement, MIMC also developing two portfolio platforms of 500Mw each. These platforms are currently developing projects in the Spanish market. A third platform is currently being developed to participate in the energy bidding process that will be opening in Q2 2023.
