Mission
MIMC Developments is a seed capital investor in Kenergy F6 B.V, a Greenfield to RTB project development company based in the Netherlands with projects under development and connected in both Mexico and Spanish energy markets.
Via its subsidiary Kenergy F6 Assets B.V. it is currently a partner/IPP in 4 development platforms in Spain and 1 in Mexico. In the spanish platforms, it has Joint Ventures with strategic partners such as ib vogt (DIF), Reden Solar (Mcaquire), Altano Energy and Velto Renewables (CDPQ) for the development of over 445Mw of projects. In Mexico it has a joint ventures with Genux Solar S.L (Glencore). for the development of 1Gw of projects.
It has additionally created pure development companies offering DSA services in both Spain and Mexico with over 25 team members dedicated to the successful expansion of services and project development.
